Terms of Service — Mana Burn

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of manaburngames.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by Blake McConnell and Josh Lopez, doing business as Mana Burn (“Mana Burn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement or are doing so with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products

Mana Burn sells collectible trading card game (“TCG”) products, including but not limited to Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon TCG, and One Piece TCG singles and sealed product.

•             Condition grading. Single cards are graded and listed according to standard industry condition terms (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged). Condition is assessed visually, in-store, prior to listing. Grading is inherently subjective; while we make every reasonable effort to grade accurately, minor variation in condition assessment can occur.

•             Sealed product. Sealed product is sold as new, unopened, and unaltered unless otherwise stated in the listing.

•             Trademarks. Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, One Piece Card Game, and all related card names, artwork, and logos are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners (including but not limited to Wizards of the Coast LLC, The Pokémon Company, and Bandai). Mana Burn is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure listed prices are accurate; in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrect price before it ships.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies. Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s payment infrastructure; Mana Burn does not directly store your full payment card details.

7. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for orders placed for pickup at our Northern Indianapolis location. Pickup arrangements will be communicated after checkout.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting fraudulent orders, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mana Burn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, beyond the value of the applicable order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
