Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 of purchase. During high-volume periods (new set releases, restocks), processing may take slightly longer — we’ll note any delays on the Site if they come up.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, value, and destination. We ship via [Insert carrier(s), e.g., USPS/UPS]. Higher-value orders may include tracked and/or insured shipping options to protect your purchase in transit.

Packaging

Singles are shipped in protective sleeves and rigid mailers or bubble mailers to prevent bending. Sealed product is packed to minimize shifting and crushing in transit.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for orders placed for pickup at our Northern Indianapolis location. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once an order has shipped, but we’re happy to help you file a claim — see our [Refund Policy] for what to do if your order arrives damaged.
